Addressing the Honhar Scholarship Programme ceremony at Bahauddin Zakariya University, she congratulated the scholarship recipients and their families, emphasizing her commitment to education.
She announced plans to expand the scholarship program and questioned why government resources had not been allocated to students in the past 75 years. Maryam highlighted that scholarships were awarded purely on merit, without any political recommendations.
