Girl drowned in Indus river

A nine-year-old girl drowned in Indus River at Shang Bisham on Tuesday.

According to Saleem, father of the victim Saima, she had gone to Indus River with her cousins to beat the heat. He said local divers were making efforts to fish out the body.
