SHANGLA: Chakesar police in Shangla on Saturday claimed to have arrested a gang and seized fake honey from their possession being sold in the Chakesar bazaar.
Station House officer, Chakesar police station, Habib Shah Khan, told The Northern Post that on the tip-off police team caught a gang who was selling fake honey in the Chakesar bazaar and registered case against them.
He said, the gang has been involved in sell of fake sub-standard honey for long and people complained to police in this regard but finally the gang apprehended.
The SHO said, 04 kilogram fake honey (Mixture of oil and Sugar) was seized from the group possession, they were identified as Shahid Khan and and Sultan Rehman, residents of Maira Bisham, Shangla and registered cases under section 272 and 273 and begins further interrogation.
