The hearings, initially set for April 23, were removed from the court’s docket due to the unavailability of the two-member bench assigned to the cases. A new date for the hearings will be announced later .
These bail petitions aim to overturn the trial court’s previous decisions denying bail to Khan in the aforementioned cases. His legal team contends that the allegations are baseless and politically motivated, asserting that inconsistencies in the prosecution’s narrative undermine the credibility of the charges .
