A man died and five other injured in two separate traffic accidents at Alpuri area of Shangla here on Wednesday.
Rescue 1122 said, that a pickup was on way to Alpuri from Lilonai and fell down into the stream as a result driver of the pickup sustained with injuries.
They said, they provided first aid to the injured driver and shifted him to DHQ hospital, Alpuri.
In another accident, a loaded truck lost control over the steering and plunged into the river as a result a man died and two others were injured.
Rescue 1122 officials, said they have reached the spot soon after the accident and retrieved the dead and injured men struck in the truck and provided them with first aid and shifted to hospital.
They said, the deceased was identified as Inam Khan, resident of Dir.
Similarly, A car plunged into the river at Karora area the other day as result three people were injured.
According to Rescue 1122, the car was coming from Alpuri and plunged into the river due to over speeding in which three people resident of Karora were injured.
They said, after provision first aid two of them were taken to DHQ hospital, Alpuri.
