Flash flood has hit Shangla blocking and damaged main and link roads in the different parts of the district.
The heavy rainfall started on Sunday evening continued for third consecutive day and caused flash floods and landslides and blocked the main arteries of the district.
Sources said that flash floods caused damaging main Bisham-Swat road at Ranyal area hence suspending traffic on the main route.
Electricity has also been disrupted in most parts of the district.
