Bayern Munich booked their place in the German Cup final with a commanding 2-0 victory over Bayer Leverkusen in the semi-final clash.
Harry Kane opened the scoring in the 22nd minute, finishing a well-worked team move to give Bayern an early advantage. The Bundesliga champions controlled much of the game, creating multiple chances but were repeatedly denied by Leverkusen’s goalkeeper.
Despite late pressure from Leverkusen, Bayern held firm defensively before Luis Díaz sealed the win with a stoppage-time goal, confirming their return to the final for the first time in six years.
The victory keeps Bayern on course for a potential treble-winning season, having already secured the Bundesliga title. They will now face VfB Stuttgart in the final in Berlin as they aim to lift the German Cup once again.
