Adviser to the Prime Minister on Political & Public Affairs and National Heritage & Culture, Engineer Amir Muqam, has said that the first priority of the coalition government is to improve the conditions of the people through good governance, for which it is essential that the elections be held on their due time. The adviser added that institutions should be neutral which is what Imran Khan agrees to aswell but when they become neutral, Imran now wants the army, judiciary and Election Commission to support him. The adviser further said that he strongly condemns Imran’s campaign against the army. He added that Imran Khan has proved now and again that he is a great enemy of Pakistan, that he defamed the same khaki uniforms who stood steadfast with the public at every difficulty, be it natural calamities or terrorism. He said that Imran’s desire is to humiliate the army and demoralize them. The adviser said that Imran Niazi wanted an army chief of his choosing so that he could flaunt merit, but to the contrary, appointments were made based on merit. Adviser to the Prime Minister congratulated the people for the failure of Imran Niazi’s plan. Engineer Amir Muqam further said that Quaid Nawaz Sharif and PDM deserve tribute for facing undue pressure and standing firm for the supremacy of the Constitution. He said that with the steadfastness of the coalition government, Imran Niazi’s dreams of destroying the economy and having the public fight against army were shattered. The adviser said that the people supporting Imran are our brothers and sisters who will soon understand and reject the false narrative of Imran Niazi.
The adviser said that after Imran Niazi’s plan to destroy the economy, the plan to destroy the institutions also failed, the whole nation deserves congratulations for the failure of the conspiracy, now work will be done for the economic and defense strength of the country, tomorrow’s decision will prove it. He added that the country will move forward not by the will of an individual but by the constitution and law.
Adviser to Prime Minister Engineer Amir Muqam inaugurated the Shangla Regional Office of Utility Stores regional office Corporation. Later he inaugurated several projects of WAPDA.
