SHANGLA: The district Shangla police here on Tuesday have arrested impersonator posing himself as security officer and recovered fake cards and documents from his possession.
A press release issued by the district police officer Shangla office that the DPO Shangla Sayed Rasool Shah had received a written complaint from an applicant seeking action against a man who introduced himself an officer of security agency and minted money from several people by making promises of provision of jobs at police and other departments.
It said while pursuing the case the Alpuri police station’s investigation team found the accused fake and they have arrested the accused Hazrat Hussain, resident of Khwar Kaly Amnvi Shangla under sections 170, 171, 417, 419, 420, 468 and 471 and begins further interrogation.
The release said that fake visiting and personal cards were also seized from the custody of the accused.
It said further reveals are expected from the accused, while the number of complainants are also increasing as he took payments from several people.
