MARSEILLE – A fifth-minute header by Moroccan defender Nayef Aguerd handed Marseille a rare 1-0 triumph over reigning Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) on Monday at the Velodrome, ending a 14-year drought for a home league win against their arch-rivals.
